Bath and Bristol We had a weekend trip to Bath and Bristol. We took an early train with Becks and Paul to Bath and had tea and sally lunn's at Sally Lunn. Then went off to the Bath Abbey and did the tour up the tower.
Ken wasn't so keen to do the tour but once we were up there he was up the front of the group and the first to volunteer. The tour was the best I have been on, we got to ring the church bells!!
Next we were off to the Roman Baths which was so interesting and we both really enjoyed it. There we met up with friends from London. That afternoon we caught the train to Bristol and met Lol and Nay.
Ken had a work friend Samo from Deloitte who was originally from Bristol so we caught up with him and he took us for a tour around Bristol (in a car!!) and out for a drink. We went out that night with the crew from London and on Sunday enjoyed brunch by the river in the sun.
